Uniform Code of Pharmaceuticals Marketing Practices (UCPMP)

UCPMP is a quasi-statutory code, and this uploading is being done at the behest of the Government of India. However, MTaI has certain concerns regarding UCPMP in its current form and its provisions which are currently being discussed with the Government of India.
