‘UCPMP is a voluntary code and this uploading is being done at the behest of the Government of India. However, MTaI has certain concerns regarding UCPMP and its provisions which are currently being discussed with the Government of India. Accordingly, the date of implementation of UCPMP is being worked out with the government in parallel to the resolution of these issues.’
